Who is responsible

What we keep
Only what you leave in the form: your email, who you want to look after, and which plan you would choose. Along with it we keep the page language and the price you saw. We don't ask for your name, phone number or location.
What we use it for
To let you know when the app launches, and to understand what families need and what price seems fair to them. We won't send you third-party advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; this doesn't affect anything done before.
Where it's stored and who processes it
In Supabase, on servers in the European Union (Paris). The page is served by Vercel, which processes your IP address to deliver it and infer your country, which we use to choose the price currency; we don't store that address. We don't share or sell your data.
How long we keep it
Until the app launches. After that we delete it, unless you decide to create an account.
Cookies
We use two first-party, strictly necessary cookies that last one year: “idioma”, which remembers your language, and “variante”, which always shows you the same price. No advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, get a copy, or withdraw your consent by writing to hola@okalmfamily.com. We reply within the legal deadlines: one month in the European Union; in Colombia, 10 business days for queries and 15 for complaints.
If you're not satisfied
You can complain to the data protection authority in your country: the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio in Colombia, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy, or the CNIL in France.
